This restaurant is located within the Radisson Blu of Arguineguin. It has a bar where you can wait to be seated. The interior is modern and light. But the best is the very friendly and helpful crew of waiters apart from the wonderful dishes of course. Before the meal they serve two complimentary starters one consisting of breadsticks, marinated olives and cream cheese and the other of homemade bread with garlic mayonnaise. A rap treat.
I tried a few as I stayed in the hotel. The grilled filet of sea bass on a carpet of tomato sauce, onions and carrots julienne accompanied with gratinated potatoes was a delight to eat. And the dessert Caramelita Canaria consisted of a tiny sheet of caramel on top of which several white chocolate balls where placed. Each scoop tasted like heaven.
I tried also the Beef Tenderloin, which was served medium cooked as requested. French fries were part of the dish but I choose to add a side dish of Grilled Seasonal Vegetables. The meat was one of the best I tested lately. The vegetables and the fries were not less tasty. To close the meal I opted for a dessert named Chocolate Coulant, which consisted of a small dark cake filled with dark liquid chocolate and a side scoop of vanilla ice. Eating it felt like heaven.
As you can imagine I didn't look further for another restaurant in the surrounding area.

No pudo ser más acertado. Los sabores de los platos nos sorprendieron desde las alitas al solomillo. El trato fue muy agradable. Lugar perfecto para una noche especial.
