Interesante oferta gastronómica la del restaurante del Hotel Domine. Disfrutamos de un menú degustación confeccionado para la Semana Grande de Bilbao. Constaba de aperitivo, 4 platos y dos postres por 65€. La verdad es que estuvo muy bien. Disponen de una carta de vinos interesante y se puede acompañar el menú de maridaje. Fuera de la Semana Grande tienen también un menú degustación a previo parecido con distintos platos
Un espacio cálido y muy agradable. Una carta de vinos diferente, nos recomendaron un italiano que fue todo un descubrimiento. El cambio de carta de temporada incluye un risotto con salsa de mango muy original y delicioso. Muy muy recomendable para una ocasión especial.

Fantastic tasting menu for 65€ ! After a long day, it was rather a pleasant surprise to find this discreet restaurant in the Hotel Domine grounds. We took the wine package, and enjoyed it. Highly recommend if looking for a cozy and manicured place as a change from the more lively pintxos !
An excellent opportunity for you to taste the basque country cuisine experience. We have not words to say how much we enjoyed our time there.

Amazing atmosphere for high quality food with the best raw materials. Its meat was a real experience, I totally recommend it!
The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Although there were no background music at all so it was very silent and this a bit uncomfortable even to talk.
