Andrew Dawes hosted my exhibition at Gallery Opening (the art gallery) in March 2022. He is on the verge of opening Gallery Opening (the bar) on Ibiza. Andrew has been cocktail maestro at a number of my fiestas, and the same 5-star professionalism in the art of cocktail creation from his years in some of Manhattan's finest venues will certainly flow into this new emporium-by-the-sea. Aside from these skills, he's got that thing called "charisma", will be hosting works from his art gallery, and is adept at mixing people together from all walks of life, Best wishes to him in this endeavor!

Andrew ha sido maestro de cócteles en varias de mis fiestas, y el mismo profesionalismo de 5 estrellas en el arte de la creación de cócteles de sus años en algunos de los mejores lugares de Manhattan sin duda fluirá en este nuevo emporio junto al mar. This is absolutely one of my favourite bars, stumbled across it one night (the typewriters caught my eye!) Andrew puts a lot of detail and love into his drinks and really makes you feel welcomed at this bar. Try his watermelon pisco sour! Or a special made old fashioned. From the lovely art to the book page coasters, Andrew puts a lot of thought into this bar and it really shows. Will definitely be back! Thank you Andrew!
No joke. Literally the best cocktails I’ve ever had. So much care and effort goes into each one. I recommend the Coconut Latte and the Savage Beast. Vibe is 👌👌👌
Was visiting from NYC and was glad I found this hidden gem cocktail bar. Truly an amazing bar experience with an amazing curated cocktail program. The owner was hospitable and very knowledgeable of cocktails and was able to make any classic drink that most in the area did not know how to make or didn’t have the ingredients. Best part was the great prices and free bar snacks. We kept going back every night to try new things as our hotel was a couple blocks down and they stay open late. We also made great friends as it was a convivial cocktail bar.

Literally the best cocktails I've had in Spain (or New York for that matter). Amazing vibes, from the playlist to the art to the seating, and a beautiful beach with epic moonrise across the street. Also bought 2 dresses from the shop next door. Definitely go for a drink, you'll probably stay for a few!
