Excellent little gem of a restaurant. ..nothing is too much for Pedro and his wife.
Food is lovely and more than enough...my friend and I shared the mushroom starter. .and that in itself was a meal then we both had the Moroccan chicken. ..very nice indeed and managed to eat the lot. ..
Boys had a shared starter of goats cheese with marmelade toast and then they had the steak.
Clean plates all around.
My friend and I still managed to share the Tiramisu dessert which was again delicious.
All this washed down with a special strawberry G & T.
The bill cane to €70 for the 4 of us.
The food is not the usual venta greassy salty food ...It is in a class of its own and well worth the drive to find this gem.
Thank you Pedro...and cant wait till the next visit.
Absolutely hidden gem in the Campo. Very friendly owners, serving top class food. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This family run business, Pedro and his wife, is a real hidden gem. We are here twice during our stay and the menu is authentic Spanish, huge portions and cooked to perfection. Hidden away in la Cala de Mijas, Pedro speaks excellent English If you don't speak Spanish.
The home made deserts are absolutely incredible, especially the homemade Tiramisu..... watch out for the Orujo.... not a favourite
