GREAT beer selection on tap, very warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff are all engaging and knowledgeable and OH MY GOD the Chicken and Waffles from the brunch menu were amazing. All of the food was great; their regular menu has delicious updated Spanish fare (I had the bocadillo de Calamares; it had a sriracha sauce that gave the traditional sandwich some extra oomph) and really impressive American south/southwestern brunch items (with a bottomless mimosas option!) on Weekends and puentes. Oh, and really great prices and portions. Plus, the place was really beautiful and clean, spacious, and has wifi. I really can't compliment it enough! :)
I recommend the brunch with zero reservations! Everything was on point. Tasty coffee, bangin’ chicken & waffles, generous mimosas, delicious cheesecake... and attentive, friendly service to boot! Super happy with my experience. Everything was fantastic. Kudos!
Today I treated myself to this delicious American brunch at Opalo.... Great to see there were vegan options on the menu as well and even a tex-mex breakfast. I went for the Omelette with pulled pork and sweet batata. All dishes beautifully balanced, with rich flavours yet not too spicy for breakfast. What more can I say? Will be back very soon and thanks for the wonderful food by chef Corey!
Hoy desayuné este fantástico Brunch americano y voy a repetir muy pronto! Tiene opciones veganas, opción tex-mex para aquellos que buscan un desayuno contundente. Yo pedí la tortilla francesa con pulled pork, todos los platos perfectamente equilibrados y riquisimos, sabrosos pero no demasiado para ser un desayuno. Volveremos pronto!
